Oman Register helps foreign entrepreneurs and companies start and run a business in the Sultanate of Oman. We are the company formation and government services brand of Yazdan Trading & Investment SPC, a holding company headquartered in Muscat, and we handle the full journey: choosing the right location and legal form, registering the company, obtaining licences, opening the bank account and securing residency for owners, families and staff.

- **Licences and approvals**: municipality licences, Chamber of Commerce membership, Made in Oman registration, environmental and industrial approvals.
- **Government relations (PRO)**: document attestation, translations, renewals and day-to-day dealings with ministries.
- **Factory and project setup support** together with the other companies of our group, from land and premises to equipment and staffing.
