About Oman Register

Oman Register helps foreign entrepreneurs and companies start and run a business in the Sultanate of Oman. We are the company formation and government services brand of Yazdan Trading & Investment SPC, a holding company headquartered in Muscat, and we handle the full journey: choosing the right location and legal form, registering the company, obtaining licences, opening the bank account and securing residency for owners, families and staff.

What we do

• Company registration on the mainland through the Oman Business Platform, in free zones and special economic zones and in Madayn industrial cities, for every company type available to foreign investors.
• Residency and visas, including investor residence cards, the Oman Golden Visa, work permits and family visas.
• Licences and approvals: municipality licences, Chamber of Commerce membership, Made in Oman registration, environmental and industrial approvals.
• Government relations (PRO): document attestation, translations, renewals and day-to-day dealings with ministries.
• Factory and project setup support together with the other companies of our group, from land and premises to equipment and staffing.

How we work

1. Honest first advice. We start with your activity, budget and goals and tell you plainly which option fits — including when a cheaper route is enough.
2. Itemised quotes. Government fees and our service fee are listed separately before you commit.
3. One point of contact. A consultant follows your file from the first document to the final licence and keeps you updated on WhatsApp or email.
4. Up-to-date guidance. Our guides are checked against official sources and updated when laws or fees change.
